[97. Contribution by State Government, Mumbai Corporation and Authority.- (1) The State Government shall, under appropriation duly made by law in this behalf, pay an annual contribution to the Authority equal to the amount of cess recovered during that year, and the Mumbai Corporation shall pay the annual contribution of rupees ten crores to the Authority.

(2) The Authority from its own funds shall pay an annual contribution of rupees ten crores to the Board for the purpose of reconstruction of the buildings.]
