Section 99: Assistance from Mumbai Corporation.

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 28 of 1977

(1) The [Mumbai Corporation] shall render such help and assistance, and furnish such information to the Board as the Board may, from time to time, require for carrying out its duties and functions, and shall make available to the Board for inspection and examinations such records, maps, plans, and other documents as may be necessary for the performance and discharge of its duties and functions.

(2) The [Mumbai Corporation] shall, on demand, make available copies of assessment rolls and other relevant documents in connection with assessment of its taxes. Such copies shall be duly certified by an officer of the [Mumbai Corporation] as may be authorised in this behalf.
