Section 8: Disposal of Land for industrial and Commercial purposes

The disposal of vacant land for industrial or commercial purpose shall be strictly in accordance with the approved layout and subject to the provisions of any other law for the time being in force governing the setting up of new industrial or commercial establishment:

Provided that, the restrictions of the approved layout shall not apply to the lease of vacant land for a short period not exceeding three moths, for the purposes of a fair, exhibition, circus, drama and festival.
