Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Hyderabad Atiyat Inquiries Act, 1952.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 10 of 1952

(1) This Act may be called the [Hyderabad Atiyat Inquiries Act, 1952.]

(2) It extends to the whole of the [Hyderabad area of the State of Maharashtra].

(3) It shall come into force, on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Jarida, appoint in this behalf.
