Section 29: Repeal of Mah. Ord. IV of 2023 and saving.

The Maharashtra Industry, Trade and Investment Facilitation Act, 2023.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 34 of 2023

(1) The Maharashtra Industry, Trade and Investment Facilitation Ordinance, 2023 (Mah. Ord. IV of 2023), is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any notification or order issued) under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
