Section 12: Competitive bids.

The Maharashtra Infrastructure Development Enabling Authority Act, 2018State Act of Maharashtra · Act 28 of 2018

(1) The Authority shall direct the concerned Department to call the bid of the approved Project.

(2) The procedure of the bid, notice period, technical aspects and the terms and conditions for approval of such Project shall be such as may be prescribed.
