Section 33: Term of office of members of Authorities.

The Maharashtra International Sports University Act, 2020.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 35 of 2020

(1) The term of every authority constituted under this Act shall commence on the 1st September and shall be of five years from the said date and the term of the members of every authority shall expire on the expiry of the said period of five years, irrespective of the date on which a member has entered upon his office.

(2) The process of nomination, appointment and co-option shall be commenced at least three months before expiry of the term of the authority and shall be completed not later than 30th November in that year.
