Section 13: Acts not to be invalidated by vacancy, informality, etc.

The Maharashtra Jeevan Authority Act, 1976.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 48 of 1976

No act done or proceedings taken under this Act by [the Authority] or a committee appointed by [the Authority] shall be invalidated merely on the ground of-

(a) any vacancy of a Member or any defect in the constitution or reconstitution of [the Authority] or a committee thereof; or

(b) any defect or irregularity in the appointment of a person as a Member of the Authority] or of a committee thereof; or

(c) any defect or irregularity in such act or proceedings, not affecting the substance.
