Section 13: Preparation and submission of annual programme.

The Maharashtra Khadi and Village Industries Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 19 of 1960

(1) In each year, on such date as may be fixed by the State Government [the Board] shall prepare and forward to the State and Government a programme of work.

(2) The programme shall contain-

(a) particulars of the scheme which the Board proposes to execute whether in part or whole during the next year;

(b) particulars of any work or undertaking which the Board proposes to execute during the next year for the purposes of carrying out its functions under this Act; and
