Section 21: Sanction of Budget.

The Maharashtra Khadi and Village Industries Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 19 of 1960

(1) The State Government may sanction the budget submitted to it with such modifications as it deems proper.

(2) [The Board] shall be competent to re-appropriate such amounts as may be necessary from one scheme to another subject to the condition that the cost of any scheme as originally sanctioned shall not be exceeded by more than 33 ½ per cent.
