Section 36: Repeal of Bom. Ord. No. III of 1960.

The Maharashtra Khadi and Village Industries Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 19 of 1960

The Bombay Khadi and Village Industries Ordinance, 1960 (Bom. Ord. No. III of 1960), is hereby repealed and the provisions of sections 7 and 25 of the Bombay General Clauses Act, 1904 (Bom. I of 1904), shall apply to such repeal as if that Ordinance were an enactment.
