Section 16: Right of entry.

The Maharashtra Land Improvement Schemes Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 28 of 1942

For the purpose of preparing, sanctioning or executing any scheme [or repairing or maintaining any works under any scheme], any person authorised by [the Board, the Collector or [the District Superintendent Agriculture Officer]] [or the Company] may, after giving such notice as may be prescribed to the owner, occupier or other person interested in any land, enter upon, survey and mark out such land, and do all acts necessary for such purpose.
