[6. Report of Inquiry Officer [or Company Officer].- (1) The Inquiry Officer [or Company Officer] shall hear such objections as are made to him in person, consider all objections duly submitted under section 5 and submit his report together with the objections to the Board [or, as the case may be, to the Company].
(2) The Inquiry Officer [or Company Officer] may, while submitting his report under sub-section (1), recommend any modifications which in his opinion are required in any of the particulars contained in the scheme * * * .]
