Section 33: Repeal and saving

The Maharashtra Legislative Council (Chairman and Deputy Chairman) and Maharashtra Legislative Assembly (Speaker and Deputy speaker) Allowa…State Rules of Maharashtra · 1956

On the commencement of these rules, any rules and order made in this behalf and in force immediately before such commencement shall stand repealed :

Provided that, anything done or any action taken (including any claim for allowances already made or any such claim to be made) under the rules and orders so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken or continued or made under the corresponding provisions of these rules.
