Section 3: Salaries to be paid to Members.

The Maharashtra Legislature Members’ Salaries and Allowances Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 49 of 1956

[**] [(1) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, there shall be paid to the Members, during the term of his office, the salary equivalent to the minimum basic pay and dearness allowance admissible to the Principal Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra and as revised, from time to time.]
