Section 13: Penalty for keeping a bull in contravention of this Act or rules or without or in contravention of licence.

The Maharashtra Live-stock Improvement Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 22 of 1933

Whoever in contravention of this Act or any rule or order made under this Act or of any terms, conditions or restrictions of licence keeps a bull shall on conviction, [be punished for a first offence with fine which may extend to twenty-five rupees and for a second or subsequent offence with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.]
