Section 21: Protection of persons acting in good faith and limitation of suits and prosecutions.

The Maharashtra Live-stock Improvement Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 22 of 1933

(1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules.

(2) No suit shall be instituted against [the [Government] and no prosecution or suit shall lie against any live-stock officer in respect of anything done or alleged to have been done, in pursuance of this Act, unless the suit or prosecution has been instituted within four months from the date of the act complained of.
