Section 19: Power to delegate.

The Maharashtra Lokayukta and Upa-Lokayuktas Act, 1971.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 46 of 1971

The Lokayukta or an Upa-Lokayukta may, by a general or special order in writing, direct that any powers conferred or duties imposed on him by or under this Act (except the power to make reports to the Governor under section 12) may also be exercised or discharged by such of the officers, employees or agencies referred to in section 13, as may be specified in the order.
