Section 60: Impression of signature on securities.

The Maharashtra Maritime Board Act, 1996.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 15 of 1997

(1) The signature of the person authorised to sign the Board Securities on behalf of the Board, may be printed, engraved or lithographed or impressed by such mechanical process as the Board may direct.

(2) A signature so printed, engraved, lithographed, impressed or otherwise shall be valid as if it had been inscribed in the proper handwriting of the person so authorised.
