Section 5: Removal of doubt or difficulty.

The Maharashtra Medical and Dental Colleges Admissions (Regulation and Abolition of All India quota) Act, 2003State Act of Maharashtra · Act 15 of 2003

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by general or special order, make provision or give such direction not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty :

Provided that, no such order shall be made after the expiry of the period of two years from the apointed date.

(2) Every order made under this section shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before each House of the Stage Legislature.
