Section 25: Filling of Casual Vacancy

Maharashtra Medical Council Rules 1967State Rules of Maharashtra · 1965

If there is a vacancy of a member elected under clause (d) of subsection (3) of section 3, the president shall, subject to the provision contained in the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 5, take steps to fill it up as soon as possible by election in accordance with the procedure in rules 5 to 24 above.
