Section 39: Term of office

Maharashtra Medical Council Rules 1967State Rules of Maharashtra · 1965

The members of the Executive Committee shall hold office for one year from the date of their election;

Provided that, the term of office of the outgoing members shall be deemed to extend to and expire with the day immediately preceding the date on which their successors are elected.
