Section 55: Division of register

Part I shall contain the names of practitioner who possess any of the qualifications included in the First or the Second Schedule or in Part II of the Third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956;

Part II shall contain the names of practitioners who possess any of the qualifications included in Part I of the Third Schedule to the Indian edical Council Act, 1956; *[*******] Part III shall contain the names of other registered practitioners.
