Section 81: Retirement

Maharashtra Medical Council Rules 1967State Rules of Maharashtra · 1965

The normal age of retirement for all employees including the Registrar shall be 58 years;

Provided that, the Council may, with the previous sanction of the state Government, grant extension of service to any employees for periods not exceeding one year at a time.
