Section 86: Maintenance of account books and other registers

Maharashtra Medical Council Rules 1967State Rules of Maharashtra · 1965

The Registrar shall maintain the following books and registers- 1) Cashbook;

2) Ledger;

3) Inward and Outward ledger including postage accounts;

4) Dead stock register;

5) Stock register for printed certificates;

6) Receipt books;

7) Register for grants;

8) Voucher files;

9) Attendance roll;

10) Register of leave accounts;

11) Registers required for the provident Fund of the Council;

12) Service Books; and 13) Other registers that may be necessary.
