Section 47: Power to remove difficulty.

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, [as amended by the Maharashtra Medical Practitioners (Amendment) Act, 1982, during the period of one year from the date of commencement of the said amendment Act,] the State Government may, as occasion requires, by order do anything which appears to it necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
