Section 10: Disqualification

The Minimum Wages Act, 1948State Rules of Maharashtra · 1948

(1) A person shall be'disq_ualified for being nominated as and for being a member of the Committee or as the case may be, the Board.

(i) -if he is declared to be of unsound mind by-a competent Court; or

(ii) if he'is-an undischarged insolvent; or. - : ik (ily i before or after the:commencement of the Act; he has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude. f shs 5

(2) If any question arises whether a disqualification has been incurred under sub rule (1), the decision of the State Government thereon shall be final.
