Section 28: Maintenance of inspection book

The Minimum Wages Act, 1948State Rules of Maharashtra · 1948

Every employer shall maintain.a bound inspection book and shall produce it when so required by the Inspector.

29, Powers pf Revenue Officers appointed as Inspectors.-Where Revenue officer is appomtg:d as Inspector under section 19, he shall within the limits of his wrisdiction, exercise all the powers under the said section 19 in respect of scheduled employment other than employment in public motor transport.
