4. Terms of office of member of the Board.(1) ngg as othervwsfe ;.'xpressly provided in these rules, the terms of office of a fion- official member of the Board, shall be three years commencing on the date of his nomination:
Provided that such members shall, notwithstanding the expiry of tze said period of three years, continue to hold office until his successor IS nominated.
(2) A non:official member of the Boafd nominated to fill a casual vacancy shall hold office for the remaining period of the term of office of the member in whose place he is nominated. f
(3) The official members of the Board shall hold office during the pleasure of the State Government. - G
