Section 18: Rate of daily allowance

Maharashtra Ministers' Allowances Rules, 1977State Rules of Maharashtra · 1956

A Minister may draw daily allowance at the uniform rate of 2[Rs. 200] 3[Rs. 400] 4[Rs. 500] 6[Rs. 1000] 7[Rs. 2000] for all places in India :

Provided that, where a Minister travelling on tour on public business outside the State of Maharashtra is treated as a ― State Guest,‖ he may not draw any daily Allowance.
