Section 22: Court-fees.

The Maharashtra Miscellaneous Alienations (in Hyderabad Enclaves) Abolition Act, 1965.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 56 of 1965

Notwithstanding anything in the Bombay Court-fees Act, 1959 (Bom. XXXVI of 1959), every appeal made under this Act to the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal shall bear a court-fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
