Section 23: Promissory note, Bond, etc., to be factual.

The Maharashtra Money-Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 8 of 2014

No money-lender shall take any promissory note, acknowledgment, bond or other writing which does not state the [actual amount of the loan and rate of interest] or which states such amount wrongly or execute any instrument in which blanks are left to be filled in after execution, without mentioning the date and amount of loan.
