Section 20: Honorarium to Chairman and Vice-Chairman.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Specified Commodities Markets (Regulation of Location) Act, 1983State Act of Maharashtra · Act 42 of 1983

The committee may, subject to the provisions of by-laws made in that behalf, pay to the Chairman and Vice-Chairman an honorarium of such amount as may be specified in the by-laws :

Provided that, no honorarium shall be payable to any Chairman or Vice-Chairman, if he is a member of the Parliament or of the State Legislature.
