Section 76: Removal of difficulties.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Specified Commodities Markets (Regulation of Location) Act, 1983State Act of Maharashtra · Act 42 of 1983

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as occasion requires, by order do anything which appears to it to be necessary for the purposes of removing the difficulty :

Provided that, no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the date of publication of this Act in the Official Gazette.
