Section 10: Authorities of university.

The Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 6 of 2014

The following shall be the Authorities of the university :-

(i) the General Council ;

(ii) the Executive Council ;

(iii) the Academic Council ;

[(iv) the Finance Committee ;

(iv-a) the Planning Board ;

(iv-b) the Building Committee; and]

(v) such other authorities as may be declared as such by the regulations.
