Section 30: Head of Departments.

The Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 6 of 2014

(1) There shall be a Head for each of the [Departments or Centers] in the university.

(2) The powers, functions, appointments and terms and conditions of service of the Head of the [Departments or Centers] shall be such as may be prescribed by the regulations.
