[5. University open to all.- No person shall be excluded from any office of the university or from any membership of any of its authorities, bodies or committees, or from appointment to any post, on the ground only of sex, race, creed, class, caste, place of birth, religious belief or profession or political or other opinion. It shall not be lawful for the university to impose on any person any test whatsoever of religious belief or profession in order to entitle him to be admitted thereto as a teacher or a student or to hold any office therein or to graduate thereat or to enjoy or to exercise any privilege thereof.]
