Section 88: Offences to be non-cognizable

The Maharashtra Non-trading Corporations ActState Act of Maharashtra · Act 26 of 1959

Notwithstanding anything in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 1 (V of 1898), every offence against this Act shall be deemed to be non-cognizable within the meaning of the said Code.
