Section 13: Decision of question by majority of votes.

The Maharashtra Paramedical Council Act, 2011State Act of Maharashtra · Act 6 of 2016

Except as otherwise provided by or under this Act, all questions at a meeting of the Council shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting at the meeting and in case of an equality of votes, the presiding authority at a meeting shall exercise a second or a casting vote.
