Section 91: Impounding of cattle.

The Maharashtra Police Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 22 of 1951

It shall be the duty of every Police officer, and it shall be lawful for any other person, to seize, and take to any such public pound for confinement therein, any cattle found straying in any street or trespassing upon any private or public property in [any area [(other than [Brihan Mumbai])] under the charge of a Commissioner] * * * * *.
