The Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities Act, 1981.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 55 of 1981

(1) The Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers and Drug-offenders Ordinance, 1981 (Mah. Ord. III of 1981), is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any order made) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
