The Maharashtra Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 1995State Act of Maharashtra · Act 8 of 1995

(1) The Maharashtra Prevention of Defacement of Property Ordinance, 1995 (Mah. Ord. I of 1995) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
