Section 11

Maharashtra Private Placement Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2025State Act of Maharashtra · Act 24 of 2025

(1) Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 3 shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees.

(2) Whoever contravenes any provisions other than section 3 of this Act or the rules made thereunder, shall be punished with fine which shall not be less than fifty thousand rupees but which may extend to three lakhs rupees.
