Section 29: Power to make rules.

The Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981State Act of Maharashtra · Act 58 of 1981

(1) The power to make rules under this Act shall be exercised by the State Government, subject to the condition of previous publication and by notification in the Official Gazette.

(2) Without prejudice to any power to make rules contained elsewhere in this Act, the State Government may make rules, consistent with this Act generally to carry out the purposes of this Act.
