Section 25: Other officers.

Maharashtra Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2023State Act of Maharashtra · Act 8 of 2023

(1) The university may appoint such other officers as may be necessary for its functioning.

(2) The manner of appointment of other officers of the university, the terms and conditions of service of such officers and their powers and functions shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
