Section 35: Committees.

Maharashtra Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2023State Act of Maharashtra · Act 8 of 2023

(1) The authorities or officers of the university may constitute committees with such terms of reference for specific tasks to be performed by such committees as may be necessary.

(2) The constitution of such committees shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
