Section 29: Removal of difficulty.

The Maharashtra Project Affected Persons Rehabilitation Act, 1999State Act of Maharashtra · Act 11 of 2001

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, as occasion arises, by order do anything not inconsistent with such provisions which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing difficulty :

Provided that, no order under this section shall be made by the State Government after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
