Section 25: Submission of annual report by Director.

Within six months from the end of every year, the Director shall prepare an annual report on the progress made by public libraries in that year and submit it to the State Government together with such information and particulars as may be prescribed :

Provided that, no such report shall be submitted to the State Government unless it is approved by the Council.
