* 12A.—Duties of Divisional Associations—(1) A recognised divisicnal association, shall—
(2) promote library development in the divisis by organising meenmngs, COMIEITuLSs, loviuits, s 4 P nare and bonkexhibition ; .
(b) help the district library associations and co-ordinate their activities';
| (©) help the public libraries and. village libraries in the division by | giving technical guidance ;
(d) organise classes, seminars and training centres for training in library science ;
(e) promote research in library cciemce ;
(f) promote and also publish periodicals, books reports, on Library science ;
(g) co-operate with other public library associations with similar activities ”. .
