Section 56M: Terms and conditions of service of Secretary and other servants.

Maharashtra Public Trusts Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 29 of 1950

(1) The Secretary, officers and servants shall be appointed on such terms and conditions as to service as may be prescribed by rules or, as the case may be, by regulations made by the committee.

(2) The salary and allowances of the Secretary, officers and servants of the committee shall be paid [out of the Management Fund].
